Hey everyone!  Getting that Christmas shopping down, now that you are vacation from work?  Doesn’t it feel great to finally have some time off from your job to spend with your family and friends during this special holiday?  Well I am not one to complain but everyone here at Lifestyles loves spending the days right before Christmas with you giving you the gift of knowledge!  Today Karen Davis joined me in the studio and folks…this is a story to hear.  Since the middle of 2008 this FFP mentor at Lifestyles has bought five of her very own rent houses.  Pretty good huh?  Well what will blow you away is this lady’s resolution for the coming year!  Interested?  Well you know you are going to have to tune in to find out!  See you all tommorrow!

 

 

Hey everyone!  Did you see anything in that fog this morning?  I didn’t either.  Bah!  What a bunch of crummy weather for the most part we had today!  It doesn’t make a difference though because the sky is clearing up and just in time for our Monthly Case Study tonight.  Have any of you heard about this wonderful event?  Every single month we open our doors wide and invite everyone in to see what is going on with our company!  You know what else is awesome?  This is going to be the LAST Case Study of the year 2008!  That’s right, not only is it Christmas themed but we are pulling out all the stops on top of everything and it is shaping up to be an excellent night.  Don’t let the fact that I’m not talking about the show dissuade you from listening to it.  Robert Hammond and his wife dropped by and as always, those people blow me away!  Hope to see you all tonight and if you are planning to come don’t forget to bring an a toy for the children of “Toys for Tots”!

 

Steve Davis and I got to leave the studio today and go on a field trip!  We were invited to the Houston Business Expo that was being held at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Houston this afternoon and what a good time it was.  We got to rub elbows with important people, meet friends we haven’t seen in awhile and we got to talk to all of the people that came out to see us on our live radio remote!  At the same time we were also answering your calls and tell you all that we could in one hour about the joys of real estate investing! Hey everyone!  Welcome back to the show and to a new week.  It is almost the end of the year isn’t it?  That’s pretty cool if you ask me.  Well today I have two guests with me today.  The first and most notable is Jeff Smith who you all should know as Jeffzilla if you have heard the radio show at all.  Along with Jeff I brought the man across the hall Trent Yeo who is a mentor trainee here at Lifestyles Unlimited and a serious investor in today’s market.  Are you one of those people who really believe that there are no ways to invest in today’s market?  Trent is doing it and he is doing it with almost no money out of pocket.  Listen to the story people…we can’t make this kind of things up.  

 

 

What an amazing show we had today!  It was a very special birthday edition of Free Style Friday here at Lifestyles Unlimited!  Natalie Pilkinton joined me as usual and it was one thing after another that kept us guessing.  We had the first time pleasure of some crank callers and that was interesting, to say it nicely.  Luckily we had some great calls later!  No pranksters can stop this show!  Other than that I was bombarded with wishes for a Happy Birthday and we got to talk about the thing we love the most!  Real Estate!  Listen in to the show folks, there was tons of information dropped about next week that you really don’t want to miss.  Have a great weekend everyone!
