Ok that was a stretch for a joke but for those of you who get I thank you VERY much!  For the rest of you...keep staring, it might come to you some....(there it is again!)

 

Ha!  The man with almost most too many themes songs has finally returned to the scene!  After a harrowing episode with a scratched eyeball Jeff Smith is back in the game and back to what he is doing best!  Ok it was not a life or death situation and he still has full use of boths eyes but getting scratched in the eye hurts!  Think about a nasty paper cut you once had.   Now put that cut on your eye...makes your eyes water just thinking about it doesn't it?  Well Jeff came back strong and he brought multi family mentor and general inspirator Chuy Terrazas with him!  We had everything today!  Single family, multi family, correct life outlook suggestions.  Miss the show?  You bet you did.

 

Well it may or may NOT rain today!  I thought we were supposed to be getting closer to winter here?  Or have I forgotten what Texas winter is like, just like every year I have been alive.  Oh well, if you're reading this you're inside and dry like me and I guess that is better than stadning out in the rain!  Although for some people stadning out in the rain really isn't a big problem.  some people love doing it, are these peopel crazy?  Well David Fantin, VP of Consulting Services and Lead Multi Family Mentor in Houston loves going out and looking at potential apartment purchases no matter what the weather is like!  It is the time to buy apartments in Houston, if you can that is, and if you think that you cant...let David help you understand some truth better!

 

Well well well, you know what?  It stopped raining at a really odd time, did you notice it too?  As soon as Steve promises to be on the show...boom!  Clounds are gone and the sun is out?  Is it our collective joy that drove the clouds away or was it Steve's personality?  Who knows!  I know that he is not some wierd demi-god type character but man, it was weird.  So Steve did come in and I must say that today was quite the show.  normally Steve is the receptive type on the radio and loves to hear people talk.  today was a bit different though.  The man had something to say and would not be denied!  It was fun to watch him get on his tangent of all tangents!

 

Did any of you get soaked gonig to work like I did today?  Goodknights of Columbus!  Really put everything into a different kind of perspective when you have to climb out of that comfortable bed to the calming sound of rain only to realize that this sleep aid is soon going to turn into a torutre that will stay with you for the rest of the day!  You know what though?  I know a whole lot of people that don't have to come into work whenever they hear the rain ad decide that sleeping would be more fun!  Would you like to know who they are?  Real estate investors!  Thats right!  All those people that have made themselves financially independant with real estate get to call their own shots when it rains.  Can you say the same?
